Important Information: • Grip socks are required for all participants. You can buy them at the studio or bring your own. • If you are pregnant, please inform us before booking so our instructors can tailor exercises to support you safely. A dynamic Barre class combining Pilates, strength, and ballet-inspired movements. This class targets the full body, improving muscle tone and a focus on posture and alignment. Beginners welcome, we cater the class to all levels of fitness

Cancellation Policy
To adjust or reschedule a session booking, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required prior to the scheduled class time. Changes made within 48 hours of the class will not be permitted through the booking system and the session will be considered used.
