You can buy them at the studio or bring your own. •⁠ ⁠If you are pregnant, please inform us before booking so our instructors can tailor exercises to support you safely. A dynamic full-body Reformer Pilates class designed for all levels. With spring resistance, each exercise can be tailored or progressed to suit your needs while improving strength, stability, flexibility, and alignment. You’ll be guided through a supportive, results-driven session.
