Service Description
Important Information: • Grip socks are required for all participants. You can buy them with your class booking or at the studio if needed. Cash or card payments accepted. • Please arrive 5-10 mins before your class starts. Classes start promptly and we operate a closed door policy to limit disruptions. • If you are pregnant, please inform us before booking so our instructors can tailor exercises to support you safely. • If you have any injuries please email us before your class on info@jfreformer.co.uk to let us know so that the instructors are aware and can prepare. A dynamic full-body Reformer Pilates class designed for all levels. With spring resistance, each exercise can be tailored or progressed to suit your needs while improving strength, stability, flexibility, and alignment. You’ll be guided through a supportive, results-driven session.

Cancellation Policy
To adjust or reschedule a session booking, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required prior to the scheduled class time. Changes made within 48 hours of the class will not be permitted through the booking system and the session will be considered used.
